You join the talent pool at Pipped.

There are two ways in: 

  • A recent hiring team member (the one who interviewed you) invites you to join Pipped.
  • You request an invitation and we get in touch with the recent hiring manager to verify.

In either case, you must have got through to the final stage interview and come recommended.

We get in touch to set up your profile.

With your consent, we approve your profile.  It's more than your CV - it's what excites you, what you're looking for in a new company, what you're not.  We remove your name and identifying information, and only companies registered with Pipped have access to your profile.

Companies contact you for interview.

You don't have to send more CVs and tailor more cover letters.  When companies feel there's a fit, they'll be in touch to arrange an interview.

Upon successful hire and probation, a bonus!

After you're settled into your new role and successfully completed the probation period, we'll send a bonus your way; 5% of the recruitment fee will be heading your way.
